About Us

For 60 years, we have built our business on honest Czech manufacturing, tradition, and responsibility. In 1965, we started in Zlín by peeling onions for the staff canteen of the former Svit company, with the core mission of providing meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

Today, we are a stable Czech manufacturer with over 200 employees and production plants in Zlín, Uherské Hradiště, and Olomouc. You won't find onions here anymore, but we continue to honor our social mission. Our portfolio currently includes design home wiring devices, rotary switches, precision components for the automotive industry, and popular pill dispensers.

Our approach is built on in-house R&D, honest craftsmanship, and reliability. Whether we are designing a switch for a residential project, manufacturing a plastic component, or assembling an industrial switch, we maintain full quality control from the initial sketch to final dispatch.

Certified Quality & Eco-Friendliness: We hold quality management and environmental management certificates ISO 9001:2016 and ISO 14001:2016. We actively invest in photovoltaics and partial energy self-sufficiency.

Social Responsibility in Our DNA: We are a major employer in the Zlín Region and a member of the Association of Employers of Disabled People in the Czech Republic (AZZP ČR). More than 60% of our team consists of colleagues with health disabilities. Their meticulousness and handcrafting add unique value to every product.

Cooperation & Awards: We collaborate with universities (Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Brno University of Technology), are members of the Plastics Cluster, and hold the Czech Top 100 award.

Our Journey 

• 1965 | Foundation of the Cooperative: Laying the foundations of an enterprise focused on social policy and honest work in Zlín.

• 1972 | Industrial Production: Launching the production of rotary switches and gaining a strong position in both domestic and international markets.

• 2000 | Entry into Interior Design: In-house development of home wiring devices gives rise to our signature collections: DECENTE, RETRO, NEXA, and AVANT.

• Today | A Stable Czech Brand: Across our plants in Zlín, Uherské Hradiště, and Olomouc, we develop and manufacture products for the Czech market and export throughout Europe.
